Iraqi Refugee Interview of FD King.

Description |
---|
FD King, a pseudo name for this young Iraqi hip hop singer with a political view. He lived on Haifa Street and as a young boy remembers watching from their 15 floor apartment the early stages of the U.S. invasion. It was too dangerous on the street so his father made them all stay inside. His perspective on the war is that nothing changed, really. That it is more dangerous now, but it has always been dangerous with just a change in the leaders. He hopes to write music and get his message out to more people in different languages. |
