Brieuc Bouche is a naturalized American citizen, having emigrated from France in 1928. He is a master wood carver and received a B.A. and secondary teaching credential from UCLA. He taught industrial arts in the high school at Manzanar, a relocation camp for Japanese Americans in Owens Valley, California, during World War II. |
