Graduate work in soils and irrigation engineering, University of California; work in Imperial Valley Agricultural Experiment Station and Agricultural Extension Service, University of California; superintendent of Delhi Land Settlement Project; experiences on consulting jobs in Mexico; work with AAA, Resettlement Administration and Farm Security Administration; Central Valley Project; adviser to governor of Puerto Rico, 1945-1947; experiences in Greece, 1948-1954, as irrigation specialist, in foreign aid program; efforts on behalf of public power.
